Enjoy distinct and delicious hops chocolate bonbon which supports the functionality of the digestive system. Chocolate bonbons were developed in collaboration with the Food Research Institute in Prague scientists as a part of a project concerning among others the inhibitive effects of fresh hops homogenate against some Helicobacter pylori bacteria tribes causing gastric ulcers in stomach and duodenum.
Filled with hops without pasteurization and drying. After harvest the hops is treated by high pressure only without using high temperatures. This process is called PASCALIZATION and hops retain characteristics of a fresh resource.
